BOOM! Trump Issues Jaw-Dropping Ultimatum to Dems ‘I’ll Close Down The Country’

President Trump has had it with the lack of security at our nation’s border.

One of the TOP priorities of any president is national security, and this is a topic President Trump WON the White House on.
So, as Democrats obstruct and block travel bans and The Wall, President Trump is fighting back.

HARD.

He’s issued a jaw-dropping ultimatum, telling Democrats they either fund his wall, or he’s shutting down the country.
At a rally Saturday night in Washington, Michigan, President Donald Trump suggested that he’d be willing to force a government shutdown during the next round of budget talks in September if Congress continued to stall funding for a border wall between the United States and Mexico.

Speaking to a large crowd about an hour outside of Detroit — in an area of the state once heavily dependent on the auto industry to survive — Trump talked up his administration’s progress in righting “disastrous trade deals,” and reviving American industry, according to local media. He also took credit, in large part, for several major foreign policy advancements, including a tentative peace between North and South Korea, inked just this week.

But recognizing the crowd at his Michigan rally was similar to those crowds that joined him on the campaign trail, Trump quickly pivoted to border security, claiming Congress had abrogated its duty to the American people by refusing to fund a border wall in full and without reservation.

If Congress didn’t correct its course, Trump said, he’ll block further attempts to fund the government.

“We need security. We need the wall,” Trump announced. “We come up again on September 28th, and if we don’t get border security, we’ll have no choice. We’ll close down the country because we need border security.”

“Nobody in the first year of office has done what we’ve done,” he continued. “Regulations, tax cuts, judges, you look at what we’ve done, nobody has done what we’ve done. … After years of rebuilding other countries, we’re finally going to rebuild our country. It’s about time.”
The last budget package cost American taxpayers a whopping $1.3 trillion, but only provided provisional funding for Trump’s border wall — not the $25 billion or so that the administration had requested, so that the wall could be funded through construction.

The Administration hasn’t allowed that to slow progress, however. The United States Customs and Border Patrol and the Department of Homeland Security have already narrowed down the number of bids to build the wall, and prototypes are going up in the southern California desert.

While we enjoy the best economy since the 60s and the prospect of peace the Korean Peninsula which hasn’t been seen since the 40’s the mainstream media is busy attacking what may very well be considered one of the best Presidents this nation has ever seen.

Since the left stream media is hard at work to discredit President Trump they have to grasp at anything they can find. And last night was no exception.

While returning back to Washington after skipping the White House Correspondents Dinner the media decided to make fun of our President, for something as trivial as this.
Funny, but the truth of the matter here is that the media is once again upset because President Trump treats them like the left wing partisans that they are. In fact, President Trump is the first president to ever skip the White House Correspondents’ Dinner since Ronald Reagan back in 1981, and that was because he was still recovering from being shot by John Hinckley Jr.
But at the same time, the media protected Barack Hussein Obama so much that they even scrapped this little comedy gem.

The so-called “comedian” Michelle Wolf, whom I have to admit I have no clue who she is, went as far as to call President Trump “Cowardly” for skipping the dinner. Although prior to the event she had said she was “Thankful” that the president wasn’t attending but that she would rather make fun of him to his face.

I don’t see why these journalist and comedians are so upset at Trump. They make fun of him each and every day. In the same way, they made fun of all Republican Presidents, Nixon, Ford, Reagan, Geroge H.W. Bush and W. But with Trump it’s even worse because he doesn’t sit down and take it like the rest of the Republican Presidents did so the media doesn’t know how to handle being rendered insignificant.

“SEOUL (Reuters) – North Korean leader Kim Jong Un plans to invite experts and journalists from the United States and South Korea when the country shuts its nuclear test site in May, Seoul officials said, as U.S. President Trump pressed for total denuclearization ahead of his own unprecedented meeting with Kim.

On Friday, Kim and South Korean President Moon Jae-in vowed “complete denuclearization” of the Korean peninsula in the first inter-Korean summit in more than a decade, but the declaration did not include concrete steps to reach that goal.

North Korea’s state media had said before the summit that Pyongyang would immediately suspend nuclear and missile tests, scrap its nuclear test site and instead pursue economic growth and peace.

Kim told Moon that he would soon invite the experts and journalists to “open to the international community” the dismantling of the facilities, the Blue House said on Sunday.

“The United States, though inherently hostile to North Korea, will get to know once our talk begins that I am not the kind of person who will use nuclear weapons against the South or the United States across the Pacific,” Moon’s press secretary Yoon Young-chan quoted Kim as saying.

“There is no reason for us to possess nuclear weapons while suffering difficulties if mutual trust with the United States is built through frequent meetings from now on, and an end to the war and non-aggression are promised.”

Kim said there were two additional, larger tunnels that remain “in a very good condition” at the Punggye-ri test site beyond the existing one, which experts have said has collapsed after repeated explosions, rendering much of the site useless.

Kim’s promise shows his willingness to “pre-emptively and actively” respond to inspection efforts to be made as part of the denuclearization process, Yoon said.

To facilitate future cross-border cooperation, Kim pledged to scrap the unique time zone Pyongyang created in 2015. He said the North would move its clocks forward 30 minutes to be in sync with the South, nine hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time.

Kim also reaffirmed that he would not use military force against the South and raised the need for an institutional mechanism to prevent unintended escalations, Yoon said.
