U.S. District Judge William Young said assault weapons are military firearms and aren’t protected by the constitutional right to “bear arms.” Regulation of the weapons is a matter of policy, not for the courts, he said.

Young also upheld Healey’s 2016 enforcement notice to gun sellers and manufacturers clarifying what constitutes a “copy” or “duplicate” weapon under the 1998 assault weapon ban, including copies of the Colt AR-15 and the Kalashnikov AK-47. Local 10TV

Jim Wallace, executive director of the Massachusetts gun owners group, said Young’s upholding of Healey’s crackdown on copycat assault weapons gives the attorney general “unbridled authority” to interpret laws as she pleases.

“Everyone in the state should be really concerned about that,” Wallace said. “What if the next attorney general isn’t a friend on one of your issues?”

Because a ban on the AR-15 and “large capacity magazines” is, in its opinion, constitutional, the court ruled that the question of whether a ban exists is one to be decided by legislatures, not judges.

The court added:

In the absence of federal legislation, Massachusetts is free to ban these weapons and large capacity magazines. Other states are equally free to leave unregulated and available to their law-abiding citizens. Their policy matters are simply not of constitutional moment. Americans are not afraid of bumptious, raucous, and robust debate about these matters. We call it democracy.

The ordinance warns that stock “assault weapons” are “customizable to become even more dangerous weapons of mass casualties and destruction.”

Blunt Truth for the ignorant fools who believe the propaganda and are going after firearms:
There is no such thing as an, “Assault Weapon” and these ignorant fools who keep spouting the propaganda to scare the sheep into submission, need to be fought on every level.

The weapon is the TOOL that is picked for use by the criminal (whether the tool be a gun, car, screwdriver, knife, etc.). The ASSAULT is the act of the criminal doing the damage with chosen tool.
The Chicago suburb of Deerfield, Illinois, is giving residents 60 days to get rid of their “assault weapons” and “high capacity” magazines and empowering the police chief to confiscate them from those who refuse to give them up, Breitbart reports.

Section 15-91 of the ordinance states, “The Chief of Police or his or her designee shall have the power to confiscate any assault weapon of any person charged with a violation under this article. The Chief of Police shall cause to be destroyed each Assault Weapon or Large Capacity Magazine surrendered or confiscated pursuant to this Article.” RWT NEWS

The Democrats and cowardly sheep argue that the AR platform is an “assault weapon” (though we have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt, that no such thing exists) and they claim they are customizable which makes them even “deadlier” and “mass casualty weapons that kill entire nations!”.

Time for Blunt Truth and education:

A folding or telescoping stock (a prominent feature of the Army’s current M4 rifle) has no bearing on the firearms lethality.
Pistol grips has no bearing on the lethality of a the firearm.
Flash Suppressors A flash suppressor, also known as a flash guard, flash eliminator, flash hider, or flash cone, is a device attached to the muzzle of a rifle that reduces its visible signature while firing by cooling or dispersing the burning gases that exit the muzzle, a phenomenon typical of carbine-length firearms.
MAGAZINE simply holds rounds in it, AR’s equal 1 trigger squeeze = 1 round down range. No such thing as an assault magazine or machine gun magazine!
States and private companies are bypassing congress, because they see our President is PRO 2nd Amendment, so they found a loophole to still achieve their endgame.

We must take the fight to them, we cannot allow them to tread on us and our freedoms, unity and a collective voice is where we start!

Fire Erupts In Trump Tower, Liberal Makes Disgusting Wish That Has People Sickened

A fire broke out in Trump Tower in Manhattan over the weekend, and a liberal “mental health professional” expressed his sick wishes. It has people across the country outraged.

This Saturday a fire started on the 50th floor the New York Trump Tower. The upper floors of the building are apartments. New York firefighters carefully searched the floors to combat the flames and locate civilians. Sadly, four people were confirmed injured and one man died.

According to the FDNY, the entire apartment was on fire. Investigators are at work uncovering the cause of the fire.

A 67-year-old male, identified as Todd Brassner, was found “unconscious and unresponsive” on the 50th floor by New York City firefighters, police said. He was transported to Mount Sinai Roosevelt Hospital, where he was pronounced dead…

“We found fire on the 50th floor of the building,” FDNY Commissioner Daniel A. Nigro said. “The apartment was entirely on fire. Members pushed in heroically, they were knocking down the fire and found one occupant of the apartment who is in critical condition.”

Nigro went on to describe the fire as “difficult” and said the high rise “had a considerable amount of smoke.”

“We had many floors to search, and stairways, and right now the only civilian injury is to the occupant of that apartment. There are four Firefighters with non-life-threatening injuries -#FDNY Commissioner Nigro gives update on 4th alarm, 721 5th Ave Manhattan.” [Source: Fox News]

As the news of this blaze reached the Internet, plenty of people shared their opinion. Fires break out all the time, especially in New York, but because this is a building once owned by Donald Trump, the trolls and haters had to spew their bile.
Trump Tower is occupied by many people. It is a popular hotel and meeting venue. The building also provides apartments for residents on the higher floors. Many people were in danger when this fire broke out. But what did liberals focus on? The Trump name. Those sick people who call themselves Democrats were delighted to see some bad news connected with the Trump name. Jeffery Guterman, who is a mental health professional, said that he was excited that the building was on fire.

Twice, this “mental health professional” expressed his glee that the building was burning. He was happy that one of Trump’s properties was on fire.

If this sounds bizarre to you, congratulations, you’re a normal human being. Guterman, and everyone like him, is not. They have such hatred for Donald Trump (and his supporters) that they celebrated something which led to a person’s death. Nevermind the fact that Trump no longer owns that property (since becoming President) and won’t be harmed in any way. Today, liberals are celebrating violence and death directed at conservatives. Let that sink in.
In their warped minds, Trump Tower represents the President himself. If it’s burning, that means he’s going to suffer in some way. On top of that, only Trump supporters would step foot into a building with his name on it. If they are hurt because of a fire, so what? In fact, liberals are glad to hear about conservatives getting hurt.

Remember when a gunman shot up a Republican baseball game practice? Rep. Steve Scalise was severely injured. How did the Democrats react? Were there marches, protests, or movements to protect conservatives? Of course not. They actually were happy that Republicans were being targeted. The same thing happened when Sen. Rand Paul was attacked in his home.

To them, it’s almost as if we deserve bad things happening to us because we have different politics than they do.

People weren’t quiet about what Guterman said. They were quick to call him out on his horrific sentiments.
Needless to say, enough decent people spoke out on this liberal’s toxic tweets. He took down both, just to prevent more backlash. That’s a minor win; he was willing to acknowledge how upset people got over his statements. But rest assured, he and many other liberals hold to these attitudes. They want to inflict violence against conservatives. That’s why they applaud shooters who attack us or mobs like Antifa who go after our peaceful rallies.

The left won’t stop until we are bullied into silence. They want to intimidate millions of Americans, robbing us of our freedoms. It won’t just stop with the Second Amendment. They will continue to attack us until our freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and every other is gone. If we try to resist, they sick their violent dogs on us. Only when they are ejected from office will we see these campaigns end.

Pollak Laura Ingraham, but Not Geraldo Rivera Left’s Double Standard

For the past week, left-wing gun control activists, egged on by Parkland, Florida, school shooting survivor David Hogg, have urged companies to stop advertising on Laura Ingraham’s show, The Ingraham Angle, on Fox News.

Ingraham’s “crime” was to accuse Hogg of whining about not being accepted into four University of California schools.

But another Fox News host did something far worse.

Geraldo Rivera, one of the network’s more liberal personalities, said Mar. 30 that his one regret as a journalist was not supporting the Palestinians during the second Intifada, which lasted roughly from 2000 to 2005:

I regret in 2002 backing down from backing the Palestinians in their conflict with Israel. The Second Intifada. Because I saw with my own eyes how. And I know how this is going to resonate very poorly with the people watching right now. But still, I have to tell you how I feel. I saw at firsthand how those people were. And now you said 14, 15 people killed in Gaza. Palestinians killed by the IDF forces. I saw what an awful life they live under constant occupation and oppression.

And people keep saying, “Oh, they are terrorists. Or they are this or they are that.” They are an occupied people and I regret chickening out after 2002 and not staying on that story and adding my voice as a Jew, adding my voice to those counseling a two-state solution. It is so easy to put them out of sight, out of mind. And let them rot. And be killed. And keep this thing festering. And I think a lot of our current problems stem from – that’s almost our original sin. Palestine and Israel. I want a two-state solution. I want President Trump to re-energize the peace process.
The second intifada was launched in September 2000 by the Palestinian Authority after then-Chairman Yasser Arafat walked away from a peace deal at Camp David in July of that year.

The uprising was much deadlier than the first intifada of the late 1980s, and included a massive terrorist campaign of suicide bombings and other attacks against Israeli civilians. Some 1,100 Israelis were killed.

Geraldo did not mention any of that. Rather, he sent the message that Palestinian terror can always be excused by an occupation that, arguably, continues largely because of their own intransigence. (Israelis withdrew all soldiers and civilians from the occupied Gaza Strip in 2005, and suffered thousands of rockets and mortars in response.)

Last week, the Zionist Organization of America demanded that Fox News fire Geraldo. “Fox should not continue to employ a commentator who has stated his support for the wholesale mass murder and injury of thousands of Jews, and who turns truth upside down – blaming the victims and exonerating the terrorists,” said ZOA president Morton A. Klein in a press release.

What was striking about the ZOA’s response is that it was virtually the only reaction. The concerned activists and corporate citizens who could not stand to be associated with a Fox News host who merely poked fun at a teenage gun control enthusiast failed to muster the same outrage against a host who had apparently condoned terrorism.

That is not to say Geraldo should be fired (though he should be criticized and challenged). It does, however, show the double standards of the left, and reveals that what lies behind the campaign against Ingraham is pure politics.

Two Of Obama’s Most Powerful Swamp Besties Are Stepping Down, You’ll Be Surprised

Despite the fact that Barack Obama left office a year back, we all realize that his dynamic legacies proceed. Furthermore, it’s shocking. Gratefully, two of Obama’s most prized achievements, Obamacare, and amnesty for illegals, are finishing. This is all because of President Trump’s policy and regulation changes.

Be that as it may, Obama still has his way in the federal government, the same number of representatives amid the Obama administration has remained amid President Trump’s first year, essentially to be a headache for him. What’s more, that is the reason numerous conservatives are calling for President Trump too, as a result, “drain the swamp.”

Since the most exceedingly bad of Obama’s policies have finished, President Trump is doing precisely what conservatives are inquiring. He is viably draining the swamp by constraining two dynamic liberals out of their prominent State Department places of energy. He didn’t need to formally do it – they cleared out before he found the opportunity. Furthermore, Obama is angry.

Two of the top ten Obama holdover bureaucrats Breitbart News reported in February President Trump could fire or remove are stepping down from their State Department refugee roles.

Acting Assistant Secretary of the State Department’s Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration Simon Henshaw is stepping down from that position, Reuters reported on Saturday.

“In an interview on Saturday evening, Henshaw told Reuters he was leaving his position in a routine professional move unrelated to the Trump administration’s policies, which have curtailed refugee admissions. A State Department spokeswoman also said Henshaw’s move was routine,” Reuters reported.

“On Tuesday, Reuters reported that Lawrence Bartlett, previously the head of the refugee admissions office at the State Department, had been given a temporary re-assignment in the State Department office handling Freedom of Information Act requests,” Reuters noted.

The FOIA office in the State Department is the bureaucratic equivalent of an exile to Siberia for someone with Bartlett’s background, sources tell Breitbart News.

As Breitbart News reported in December, Bartlett had been on a temporary assignment in Puerto Rico.

Henshaw was number 7 on Breitbart’s top ten Obama holdover bureaucrats list, and Bartlett was number 9.

This is empowering news for conservatives. To see two of Obama’s most dynamic laborers leave their effective positions is astonishing news. They plainly realized that their chance was up and that they would soon get canned something else.

So here’s to another “drain the swamp” win for President Trump!
