Tea Party Patriots Call Out Liberal Censors Tweet Support for ‘Ingraham Angle’ to Advertisers

The Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund is hitting back at what it calls the “bullying tactics” of the left by calling for advertisers to pull their support for the Ingraham Angle, the Fox News program hosted by popular conservative commentator Laura Ingraham.

In a post on its website titled “Fight Back Against the Left’s Bullying Tactics,” the stance of the group is explained:

The left is at it again, using bullying tactics to silence their opposition. This time they are attacking Laura Ingraham’s sponsors for her show on Fox News, the Ingraham Angle. Media Matters created a list of advertisers, and several left-wing activists are urging their followers to tweet them and pressure them to stop advertising on Ingraham’s show. This is a petty and disgraceful thing for the left to do, but we cannot remain silent.
We have created a list of advertisers as well, and we need to send them a message loud and clear that we are conservative Americans, we have a point of view, and we’re tired of the left using bullying tactics to try to silence the programming that we watch or the viewpoints that we hold. We are consumers too, and we’re watching which advertisers rollover to the squeaky wheel of the left and will remember when it comes time to make purchasing decisions.

The website provides a list of all of the Ingraham Angle advertisers and provides two sample tweets people can use to express their support for the program on Twitter:

DOJ Just CAVED to Devin Nunes Demands! Look What They’re Turning Over!

Devin Nunes has been engaging in a relentless pursuit of the truth, in regards to the FISA abuses committed by the FBI, DOJ, and other key players within the Obama Administration.

The DOJ has just caved to the demands, and is now turning over documents pertaining to the Carter Page FISA warrant(s), in what many are calling an “extraordinary accommodation.”
The Department of Justice says it will allow members of the House and Senate Intelligence Committees to view surveillance warrants granted against former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page in what the agency is calling an “extraordinary accommodation.”

DOJ is allowing the access to the four warrant applications in response to demands from California Rep. Devin Nunes, the chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
Nunes threatened earlier this week to take legal action if the DOJ did not provide all committee members access to the four Page warrants, which were issued in 2016 and 2017 by judges on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Court. Nunes also demanded that the FBI hand over an internal document known as an Electronic Communication (EC), which laid out the basis for the bureau’s investigation into possible Trump campaign collusion with the Russian government.

Nunes and other congressional Republicans have accused the DOJ and FBI of abusing the FISA process by relying on the unverified Steele dossier to obtain the warrants to spy on Page. Republicans also want to view the EC in order to see whether the the FBI cited the dossier in the beginning stages of the Russia probe.

Nunes issued a subpoena for the documents on Aug. 24, though the DOJ and FBI have avoided providing them.

The DOJ has allowed two members of the House Intelligence Committee to view the FISA warrants. California Rep. Adam Schiff viewed the records for committee Democrats, while South Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy was designated by Nunes to look at them.
Nunes said that the committee asked the Justice Department’s Office of Legislative Affairs on four occasions in February to grant all committee members access to the Page FISAs, in a letter sent earlier this week. Nunes said in the letter that the DOJ responded on Feb. 26 by denying the request.

But Nunes’ recent letter seems to have forced the Justice Department’s hand.

“The Department and the FBI agree to permit all members of the Committee to review the FISA applications and renewals in camera at the Department,” reads Friday’s letter, which assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd sent to Nunes.
“The Department considers this an extraordinary accommodation based on unique facts and circumstances. We are also extending this review opportunity to the members of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence,” the letter continues.

Nunes set a deadline of April 11, next Wednesday, to provide a copy of the Electronic Communication.

A Pennsylvania couple has been charged with first-degree murder for allegedly beating to death a 4-year-old child for spilling his cereal, Fox News reports.

Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele announced Friday that the boy’s 19-year-old mother, Lisa Smith, and her boyfriend, Keiff King, 26, are being charged “for the senseless killing of young Tahjir (Smith).”

CHARGES FOR MOM, BOYFRIEND UPGRADED TO FIRST-DEGREE
MURDER IN DEATH OF 4-YEAR-OLD TAHJIR SMITH ON JAN. 22

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (April 6, 2018) — Montgomery County District Attorney
Kevin R. Steele and Abington Township Police Chief Patrick Molloy announce
the upgrading of charges faced by Lisa Smith, 19, and Keiff King, 26, both of
Willow Grove in Abington Township, to First-Degree Murder for the death of 4-
year-old Tahjir Smith on Jan. 22.

The First-Degree Murder charge was filed on April 4, 2018, after Forensic
Pathologist Dr. Ian Hood completed his autopsy of the child. On March 30,
2018, Dr. Hood opined that Tahjir Smith died from multiple blunt injuries,
thermal injuries and shock. The manner of death was listed as homicide. The
initial autopsy on Jan. 23, 2018, by Dr. Hood indicated that he was awaiting
further test results before making a determination as to manner of death.
“The forensic pathologist’s determination that Tahjir’s death was homicide
shows what detectives found in our investigation—that this was a violent,
sustained beating of a 4-year-old that caused his death,” said Steele. “And it
was a beating at the hands of the mother’s boyfriend and the mother, the very
person entrusted to care for the boy. The news of this boy’s death has
saddened and outraged many people. Two of our best prosecutors—First
Assistant District Attorney McCann and ADA Heron—will prosecute the case
and will strive to get justice for the senseless killing of young Tahjir.”
The investigation of Tahjir Smith’s death began at approximately 6:11 p.m.,
when Abington Township Police responded to a report of a respiratory
emergency. Paramedics arrived to find the boy limp and unresponsive. He was
transported to Abington Jefferson Health Hospital where he was pronounced
dead. Montgomery County Detectives and Abington Police began a joint
investigation that revealed that earlier in the day Tahjir had been beaten by
both defendants at their home in the 1800 block of Lukens Avenue after he had
spilled his breakfast cereal. He was repeatedly struck about the head and
torso.
The defendants were arraigned on the new charges by Magisterial District
Judge John D. Kessler via video from the Montgomery County Correctional
Facility, where the defendants have been since their initial arrest on Jan. 23,
2018. Bail is not available for First-Degree Murder charges. A preliminary
hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m., April 18, 2018 before Judge Kessler.
The case is being prosecuted by First Assistant District Attorney Edward F.
McCann Jr. and Assistant Chief of Trials Division Lauren Heron.
